Getting started

CloudX Protection is an edge filtering service for web applications. It sits in front of your origin and blocks automated abuse, credential stuffing and layer-7 floods.

1. Add your domain

Create a site in the dashboard and point your DNS record to the address shown on the site page. Propagation usually takes a few minutes.

2. Configure the origin

Allow inbound traffic from the edge ranges listed in the dashboard and reject everything else at your firewall.

3. Rules

Rules are evaluated top to bottom. Each rule matches on path, method, country or ASN and returns allow, challenge or block.

Customers on paid plans can open a ticket from the dashboard. Average first response time is under four hours.
